What makes our mission so fun
Every day, we experience remarkable insights and foster real change. Our partners, workplaces, technicians, women, colleagues, and trainers share their experiences, showing just how impactful diversity can be. The combination of different perspectives leads to greater job satisfaction and improved results, as everyone’s strengths and personalities are fully utilized. For some of the women we support, it’s the realization of a lifelong dream— and for us, that’s the ultimate reward.

Why women are an asset in the tecnical field.
Unfortunately, the Netherlands lags behind in diversity and inclusion within the technical sector. Women, in general, possess skills such as process-oriented thinking, attention to detail, and a strong service mindset—qualities that can greatly enhance predominantly male teams. We aim for balanced teams. We believe that this talent pool has not been effectively engaged or supported, and we are here to change that.
