We introduce a fresh, diverse pool of talent and take full responsibility for all risks, coaching, and guidance. While we manage this time-intensive task, you can focus on your existing team and the technical development of the new hires.

Through our DevelopHER program, we coach women in essential skills such as communication techniques, resilience, and collaboration within their new, often male-dominated work environment. Recognizing that a new career path can be stressful, we support them through all critical moments. This way, by the end of the agreed period, you’ll have a well-trained and suitable pool of female employees who fit seamlessly within your organization.

We offer a full-service solution, taking every challenging aspect of the process off your hands. We start by getting to know your company and its culture in depth. Once we’ve agreed together on the number of new talents, we initiate the recruitment and selection process. When the right candidates are found, you’ll have the chance to meet them. After your approval, the work-study program begins, followed by the DevelopHER program.
